ChannelAdvisor Order Refund Automation
There is currently no way to refund a ChannelAdvisor order from Stone Edge Order Manager directly. The process currently is a manual one where the order needs to be refunded in both ChannelAdvisor and Stone Edge. With this Technology Copilot Stone Edge customization, refunding an order/item can be done at the time the merchant does the refund in Stone Edge.
- Automatically refund the order/item from Stone Edge to ChannelAdvisor when an item is either cancelled or returned.
- Automatically refund the order amount when a ChannelAdvisor order in Stone Edge is cancelled.
- A refund reason can be given at the time of refund and passed to ChannelAdvisor.
- Refunds happen in real time.

- Anything system related – Out of hard drive space, hard drives crashes, files accidently deleted, etc. affecting the software’s ability to function.
- SEOM data related issues – Configuration issues – SKUs, shopping carts, etc.
- Available for $750 Yearly Software Assurance available for $200/ year. (First year included for free)
- Software Assurance includes software updates and support.
- Note the perpetual license covers the basic installation/configuration/operations of the integration.
- Version 5.9 to most current Standard or Enterprise version of Stone Edge
