Agile CRM is one of the leading cloud-based Customer Relationship Management systems today. Currently, there is no out of the box CRM integration with Stone Edge Order Manager. With this integration, data can be exchanged automatically between Stone Edge and Agile CRM so that customer sales data on Agile CRM is always fresh. With this information available, you’ll be able to better evaluate your customer sales and lead generation performance.

Features

Tie customers in Stone with Customers in Agile CRM automatically based on email address.
As order data is changed in Stone Edge, information is automatically sent to Agile CRM. This information includes the following but is not limited to the following fields:

Notes

Software updates include any bug fixes and software enhancements
Support includes troubleshooting / fixing any software bugs that might arise in the application. Support doesn’t include troubleshooting and fixing anything outside of the Jet Integration. Examples:
Anything system related – Out of hard drive space, hard drives crashes, files accidently deleted, etc. affecting the software’s ability to function.
SEOM data related issues – Configuration issues – SKUs, shopping carts, etc.
