We schedule the check-up as a remote desktop access and conference call where any number of people can attend, ask questions, and most importantly, learn. Technology Copilot wants you to use this opportunity to learn as much about SEOM as possible. We encourage as much participation as possible. This is what you can expect:
1. Order Processing Review
Before the consulting begins, Technology Copilot will ask you to fill out a worksheet which will help us gather information on your company, your goals and your order management challenges. Instead of diving into your Order Manager configuration, we’ll spend time talking about your current order processing environment. Information gathered during this session can be very revealing and can help shed much light on your potential issues (how you process orders, what kind of sale’s channels you sell through, how you recognize sales, etc.). All of this information feeds into the next section.
2. Environment Analysis
Based on the information from the order processing review, we’ll dig into your environment. We’ll first look at your infrastructure and then we’ll focus on your Stone Edge. We’ll see if it is set to process your orders as efficiently and correctly as possible. During this phase we’ll make note of changes we recommend. If authorized, we’ll go ahead and make the changes. Since you’ll be able to see everything we are doing in your environment, you’ll be able to track our progress every step of the way.
3. Wrap up
Technology Copilot will wrap up the engagement with an overall assessment of your environment and a review of what was changed and what to expect from your SEOM environment. We will answer any questions you may have, as well.
4. Recommendations Delivered
Shortly after the express checkup, Technology Copilot will deliver a write up of practical short and long term recommendations for your environment and recommended next steps. They are not canned, but are tailored to helping you attain your business goals as agreed upon at the order processing review phase. You’ll be able to use these recommendations as a sort of order management roadmap.
